Having a hawaiian themed party, look no further our flashing hawaiian leis are perfect.  We carry an assortment of very nice light-up hawaiian leis.  Each lei flashes using four red led lights, and is individually packaged.

 Instructions

To activate simply remove the plastic tab by turning counter clock-wise and then turn clock-wise.  Turn counter clock-wise to stop the flashing.
