Shopping With Premier Glow
You can order products from our website through the following means:
1. By ordering online
2. By calling us
3. Or by faxing us.
Once you place an online order through our website you will be promptly emailed an order confirmation. The order confirmation will contain your order number, and other important details concerning your order. Please print a copy of your order confirmation, as a receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately, due to fluctuating inventories the acceptance of your order does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfill your entire order. Should we not have enough inventory to fulfill your entire order, you will be contacted within 12 hours by one of our representatives.
Premier Glow, does not sell merchandise on approval. A store credit will be issued for defective merchandise.
Confetti cannons are non-returnable, each cannon is custom made based on your selected colors. Should Premier Glow choose to accept your unused product, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the returned product that Premier Glow determines to be usable. There will be no credit issued for product that is damaged in shipment due to insufficient packaging. NOTE: You must get a Return Authorization Number from Premier Glow before sending back any merchandise. Also, you must pay for the return shipment.
Defective Merchandise & Shortages:
While strict quality control by the manufacturer and careful handling by Premier Glow, and the shipper will generally see that products are delivered in good quality, occasionally a product will be defective or damaged.
Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. However, notification of defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Premier Glow will issue a store credit to be used on a future order for all defective merchandise and shortages. All store credits for defective merchandise are subject to a 5% defective rate.
I.E. If you order one tube of 50 8" Glow Bracelets ($7.50), and 4 Bracelets are defective, a store credit of $0.15 cents would be issued.
Occasionally colors or styles of a particular item might vary from the picture shown on the website. The variation can include colors included in an assortment, led colors, or product color. If you are in need of something specific, please contact customer service to confirm.
Missing or Lost Packages:
Each shipment will be insured by FedEx or UPS during transit for loss, damage, delay, non delivery, misinformation, or mis-delivery. Premier Glow will not be liable for loss, damages, or delay created by events Premier Glow cannot control, including but not limited to theft, acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotion, or mechanical or other delays of vehicle and/or aircraft used in providing transportation services.
